Boiler designer/maker wanted

Would anyone know a boiler designer/maker or have a VFT design suitable for a marine compound engine 1 1/4 + 2 1/4 x 2. Engine runs well under air in the 40-60psi range but I would expect better in steam. Thank you for any suggestions.. Geoff.

They have a CD of aproved boiler desigins .
