anyone willing to make small parts on lathe?

Hello everyone, I'm in need of someone with a small lathe who can turn me up 45 off small simple parts. I have a proper drawing, it's a simple little thing about 6mm diameter by 7mm long with a 3.2mm blind hole, made from plastic (acetal).

I'm not sure if I can ask in here, apologies if not. I'm based in Gloucester, UK.
