I thought Spire nuts were those things that clip over the edge of a panel so you can use a screw into them. Duncan means Starlock washers.

Thanks to all that took time to reply, I have no problem fixing the washers in-place as it is, either by grooving and Eclip or knurling and press fitting but I was specifically looking for the staking/punching method
