Hi, I have a Mashstroy (Warco) C210T lath and would like to get a quick change tool post for it but the ones i have seen on ebay that are recommended are a lot smaller than the OEM tool post that is fitted, can any one out there give me a pointer as to which is the correct one to buy. Many thanks Bill.

I think it will take about the same size as the Myford 7 series. I use and would recommend the Dickson type toolpost available from various suppliers (RDG, Chronos, Rotagrip etc) – possibly as clones. Key is to look at the height of the bottom of the tool slot in your holder and make sure that the QC one allows you to adjust the tool holder you attach to the same height.

I have a Warco 250V-F which is in the same range as the next one up to yours … WM240 & I have a Bison QCTP sized at '0' fitted on mine, so should be suitable for yours, otherwise look at options …
