Hi

Is anybody able to help me with getting copies of the Model engineer article series on “Building the Stent Tool and Cutter Grinder” ? The Online archive doesn’t go back far enough. The table below confirms which year and volume the articles appeared in.

If you are able to help please private message me. I’d be happy to pay any reasonable costs for copying and posting.

My thanks to IanT, Thor and JohnF for their offers of help. I now have all the articles I was looking for. I’ve spent this afternoon, reading through the articles in preparation for the build. The castings etc I have are part machined, and it look like the work already done is to a high standard. I now need to understand the modifications that have been done to the original design and if I should/could incorporate them

I think my next job is to document the tooling that came with a Clarkson T+C grinder, I purchased 6 years ago with the intention of getting it up and running. It’s stayed in the corner since, and now I have this project, I think it is time to release both the money and the space.

Sorry for reopening this topic, but can anyone point me in the right direction for copies of these older issues? I am looking at building a Stent and I would like copies of the magazines

I am not sure what the Clarkson is if you are referencing my request. I have a Gorton 375-4 at my home, but I want to build a T&C grinder for the experience of it and to have a second option.
