As Vol 95 was 1946 I would suggest that it could be a little early for the ML7 attachment you are looking for and also the series of articles was by Edgar T Westbury, writing as 'Ned' not Ian Bradley .
Ian Bradley wrote as 'Duplex' with Dr Norman Hallows and their ML7 milling attachment was described a few years later in the following magazines:-
