      Hi All,

I have a Warco WM280V-F metric lathe. I have not used it for cutting a thread to date but now I intend to cut an imperial thread. The change gear chart included shows the necessary gears and set up so no problem so, however on the chart it shows one of the gears as 'H' (see chart) and I am not certain as to what it refers to. I have copied the chart below in the hope that someone can enlighten me.

      Any advice appreciated

Hi Terry I have a WM250 lathe which is similar to yours, the 'H' is for the spacing collar. You should have a couple in with the change wheels. You might find one on the lathe on the end of the leadscrew. Hope that this helps you out

            Best regards
