wm180 fault

I have a WM180 lathe and I’m looking for some advice on fault finding. I recently blew the PCB (B35379) and have had a new one sent and fitted it but since then whenever I start it up the speed controller reads 6054, the chuck spins about three times and then dies . I believe i have set all components correctly, can anyone shed any light? or where I can find some info as I can not find anything over internet and have no destruction manual. Most appriciated
