Whats this type of ratchet handle called

I want a 3/8” ratchet drive handle that when i’ve cracked the tight bolt you can spin the hand grip to rapidly undo the fastener…so it has a bevel gear in the head?

As above (the link does not work for me, but the product code is correct), Facom make them and call them ‘twist handle’ ratchets

For future reference, in case anyone searches the forum, another one which works along similar lines is the Qualconnect Sidewinder.

I have a couple, but don’t use them often, though they are handy when space is restricted; Mine are slightly differently branded with a sidewinder snake as the trade mark.
The head is a bit deeper, but maybe narrower, than the Facom style.
