      Anybody come across this type of tap drive? The ones ive seen seem to be UNF and UNC. The diameters on the drive spigot are in 64ths!!!IMG_3591

        They could be useful if you could put long extenders on to them perhaps ?

          You could be on the right lines.

          They look similar to some styles of nut tap, used in a nut tapping machine for bulk nut production.

            I have done this so far as they are too good a quality to throw away. more of them may be available in the future!!!!IMG_3592

              I think DC31k is spot on.

              If production taps they will be high quality and hard wearing.

                I have several of those which came in an auction job lot and made a holder very similar to Bernard’s.
