Trying to get my enthusiasm back

Hello,

Having not being in my small workshop making anything for around two years I’m trying to get some magic back, two past quarter made projects that I gave up on owing to mistakes I think lack of intrest.

I cant seem to find a horizontal engine with reverse plans, Ive made several bar stock Stuart engines with reverse being vertical.

Any plans that are known please, I can I suppose use the vertical plan for a horizontal but a straight forward drawing at this stage is what I want.

Bob, are you wanting barstock or casting sets? also what sort of size.

 

The 2×2 Clarkson springs to mind, that has a screw operated reverser. But is quite large and from castings although Blackgated do sell the drawings separately.

Hello Jason,

I just need a drawing, and the size doesn’t really matter as I usually scale the engine to the flywheel I have, I will check out Blackgated website. That engine shown looks just what I’m looking for ,
