Potential error on the bill of material.

Are the slide bars, MP15, 4 x 12" long or 4 x 3" long

They are 4*3" long so you will require 12" :- sorry if I got it wrong

Stewart Sorry to be pedantic but if you require 4 x 3" surely you need more than 12 inches unless your hacksaw blade is thinner than mine

3" is over 75mm the finished slide bars are 68mm long so you have over 7mm to play with for each bar if you buy a 12" length of 1/4" sq bar you will have plenty of material to make all four slide bars.

The quantity of material on the bill of material has been calculated to allow for manufacture:- chucking/facing etc
