Hi chaps.i am trying to adjust two new safety valves.the thing is that when they get hot they lock up and I can, t adjust them.is there anything I can put on the treads to stop them locking so I can adjust when they are hot.thanks, michael

Hi Michael.

On thing I would suggest is to run a tap or die over the thread just to make sure it's free to adjust with your fingers when cold if you haven't done already and to apply some Copper Slip anti-sieze compound. It works for me! Hope that helps.
