Apropos very little else, I'm just off the phone to RDG.

I managed to order a couple of 8mm indexable tools, when I had intended to order 10mm. Dont ask me how/why – I just dumbly ordered the wrong ones. So I had called them up to confess my stupidity, which my wife always encourages me to do.

Anyway, the upshot was 'just pop them back in the post and we'll put it straight back on your credit card' regardless of what you want to do.

Yes, we all understand the implications of the distance-selling directive. But I like straightforward, helpful, and forgiving of dumb customers who order the wrong stuff….
