Aha, so it is working! The link must be embedded in a html img tag

Depends on ‘Aha, so it is working’ if I right click the link then open in new tab the jpeg then tries to download into my download folder.

In the first post I added the picture in 2 ways. As a link and as a link with img tag. For the second method the link is replaced with the image

Same results either way wanted to download

Just right clicked picture of the red crane and “open in new tab” and picture opened in Photoshop ( my default picture editor). It did not download.

Clicking on the link opened picture in Photoshop the same as “open in new tab” and could be saved if I wished.
