This home made oscillating belt sander is more suited for woodworking than metal working but is a very ingenious and complex design with lots of interesting features.

It was designed in CAD and manufactured with CNC woodworking tools, a metal lathe and 3D printer. Youtube video: https://youtu.be/AHUUXfB0qHY
