Problem is you will probably get an industrial standard from google, for model work the sizes are different so that teh ring is compressed less which makes for an engine that turns over more easily.
Assuming you want the groove in a piston then groove depth is 0.132" and width 0.166" wide.
SAE would be 0.124" deep and 0.188" wide which makes things a lot tighter but is meant for pressures upto 1500psi
