New machine work lamp

I needed a better lamp so the other day I saw a microphone gooseneck stem in Maplins clearance and as the one I bought flopped about, I can do something with that. Bought a bulb holder, bulb and switch from Screwfix with a bit of tube from local supplier I had all the other materials to hand.

 

The magnetic base was from a diamond holder on a jig grinder from the past.
