Need to help accessing the Archive.

Hello all.

I have just renewed my subscription after a break, I’m having a problem accessing the archive.

I have tried on two separate computers both using firefox but I get the same error.

An Error Has Occurred

I'm sorry but we can't process your request at this time (bad referrer)

If I try and connect using internet explorer is works ok,

Any thoughts..
