      Hi Richie

      This brings back memories .I made one of these in 1960 ish As you know it as flaps as well as elevator . I fitted mine with a Ed 2.46 It was a great flyer you could do square loops etc. I”ve just found a good item on U tube .With a photo that you may be interested in I will get a picture and post it you will be surprised as I was.

      Note i was a member of S.M.A.E

          This was a model meet for rubber driven models in 1928. !!!!!!!!!!

              Hi Andy
              How right you are . that’s why I posted the picture.
              We gave the jet engine away and the flying tailplane Fitted to the Sabre that was a Miles design. I’m off down the shed/workshop now to check out taper I’m getting on my Drummond flat bed lathe.
