ME Workshop digital archive problem

I have taken out the subscription to ME workshop archive and have entered the ten digit code in My Details and saved it, but when I click on the Digital Issues link it does not recognise I have subscribed.

Any suggestions….

Try entering the subscription number without the leading zero's

Thanks for the advice, but my subscription number begins with a 1 , no leading zeros.
