If you can measure the shaft and housings, the seals will probably be standard lipseals, obtainable from a local bearing supplier., unless they are a special for the application.
It would be worthwhile to turn up some dollies for fitting the new seals, to minimise risk of damage. Lubricate the shaft before putting it through the seals, and wrap masking tape over any threads or keyways for reassembly. And don't touch the seal lips!
Stripping down and reassembling and resetting the machine is where you need to communicate with folk who are familiar with the machine.
