      Hi

      Despite being a member and being able to login with my email I have been trying to take out a print subscription but the ghost in the machine insists my email is incorrect, it's not

      What am I doing wrong

          Well I've certainly had problems e-mailing you over the last few months so something must be up.

          When I look up your subscription details I can't see an e-mail listed, only the one for the forum

            What does that mean though

            Do I need a new email to take out a subscription

              Unfortunately that is about as far as I can delve into subscriptions, as it is only a print one you are thinking of taking out it may be easier to create a new e-mail and start from scratch.

                I've had similar problems with websites when using this phone

                I will give it a go tomorrow from my laptop
