I/nstructions for a DIAFORM TRD Tangent Radius Dresser?

I have an old one of these but no instructions. Can anyone point me to a manual or even a readable picture of the instructions in the lid (all missing from mine).

Thanks. Some useful clues but all it not quite yet obvious. I’m missing the micrometer, but I have some extra bits which sort of fit so might be related.

This think just might be an adaptor for larger diameters

Because I can make it fit like this:
