Have used this site for an information source and have decided to join.

I used to be a Professional Engineer working in Hydraulics for Bosch Rexroth and before that Eaton Hydraulics mainy designing hydraulic motors and steering valves. Prior to that I was a subsea design engineer with FMC and I even did a stint working in design for Triumph Motorcycles.

My hobbies range from restoring old bikes and cars to running a modified Landrover Defender and looking after small fishing boat.

I picked up a very tidy ML7 and accessories last year and am looking for a small mill.

I also do a bit MIG welding and have a plasma cutter,
