gear wheels for alchin steam engine

hi everyone.

i been making a set of gears for the Alchin and have gone mad and made more than i need,

 

although the gears are no hardened they have the keyway broached in them.

 

Anyone interested let me know

You may find it helpful to give more details such as the scale and model-design, or a photo with a clear rule on them; and the gears’ DP and PA.

Potential buyers will want to know what version of the Alchin, or may find they suit another project.

Does the design call for hardening? I think gears are usually tough but not hard.

IN REPLY TO Nigel’s SUGGETION THE GEARS ARE FOR THE ALCHIN 1.5 scale and are 16DP.

If need be the gears which are from BMS i can case harden if required but i found then tough enough without.
