gas welding boiler fittings

Hi i am about to weld my bushes into my black 5 boiler.

I have been talking to a few who have said you can now use silcopper no 7 rods.

As anyone tried and do they work same as silver solder 55 does it tin joints or just weld like you do with tig welding.

Grateful advice from any one who has tried them.

Welding supplies also suggested them
