The problem with back issues of ME for many buyers is the large number of multi-part (to be continued) articles of long duration (some of which are continued sporadically at that). That makes short runs – even whole volumes – somewhat unattractive except as in-fills to someone’s collection. And even then, they are probably looking more for individual issues than whole volumes.
Some people are inclined to buy a whole volume if they know it contains all parts of an article of interest but with the overlap at the beginning and end of the volume it’s a bit hit and miss.
You’d probably make the most money selling them as individual issues if they all sell in a reasonable period (a big if) since people are willing to pay over the odds for an issue they particularly want. Some what less I would think selling them as volume sets. Probably less still selling as a complete lot – but that would probably be the easiest sell.
