Die chaser clamp tool

I have a pile of these die head dies laying around.

They have been waiting for me to do something with them for years so this morning I used Harold Hall's design to make this die clamp tool.

The only difference is the addition of two 4mm grub screws – one on top and one on the bottom. The two pieces of steel I used already came drilled and tapped 4mm so I thought why not use them?

I'd like to say I've tried it out but with the lathe out of action again that will have to wait.
