What is my best option for dealing with these blow holes in the casting.

I'll end up under size if I carry on cutting.

      Thanks for any help.

          Hello Martin,

I don't think they matter that much and will not affect strength

I suggest filling them with a thin mix of epoxy that has cast iron dust mixed in and dress them flat when it is hard. They will then vanish from view after painting

          Regards

          Brian

They are very small compared to the casting size, Brian has the best answer.

I'd fill them with JB Weld and then dress them flat as Brians has suggested.
