In the hope that some of you ME people have time for caravanning I wonder if you have had and resolved this problem.

My RH mover made an unfriendly sound and stopped driving. Stripped it all off, 3 steel gears that drive roller all ok so stripped down motor gearbox (rivetted together so obviously not intended to service) drilled out rivets and parted gearbox halves. Motor worm gear ok but large plastic wheel looking a bit worse for wear so guess this is slipping under load.

Looking on the Powrwheel website, as expected no spares shown except a complete motor/gearbox at £150.

This is a challenge to any ME, repair rather than replace, but where ca I get a gear wheeel
