At a loss here, can anyone explain please

Hi, I am at a loss. I am trying to make the exhaust blower assembly inside the smokebox. However I am at a loss, what is the drawing showing. Is there a hole that goes through the part or is it blocked. There is only this one drawing of the part which leaves a lot to answer for. Just what is the bit measured at 1/16th.

1/16″ of parallel hole at 1/4″ dia and then it tapers out

The 1/16″ measurement is a parallel length on the otherwise tapered exhaust exhaust blast nozzle. My guess is that it’s not very critical, but the diameter will be.
