This piece holds a small insert

That has a screw to hold it in place and a hex screw to set the depth of the insert.

There doesn't seem to be any scribe or point to make a line, the insert in the piece is a hollow divit.

The T slots seem to be imperial if thats of any use, the T width being 1/2" and the slot 1/8" high. The groove is 1/4" wide.

The piece with the tee slots looks like a Myford cross slide, I would go with a taper turning attachment too.

A Slotting Tool, to produce keyways, perhaps?

Seems to be a tool for alignment
