Hi, I am Angus Anderson from Bewdley, Worcs.

I am not into model making but I am into making bits and pieces for my turntable and mountain bikes, though I have spent more time making tooling/accessories for my Myford ML7 and Seig milling machines than anything else.

I have been to the ME show at Warwickshire Exhibition Centre for the past three years and always come away amazed at the quality and workmanship of the exhibits, something I need to aspire to.

Bewdley was my home town, now in Staffordshire. Welcome from another non model maker, old motorcycles are my thing but I will not rule out a traction engine one day.

                Hi Angus,

We lived in Button Bridge just up the way from you for about 10 years; now a bit outside Tenbury.

                Welcome.

                Eug

Not only am I not a model maker, but I am not a championship Tae Kwondo artiste, ballet dancer, motorcycle rider, bishop or chess Grandmaster.

I have just made a morse key from scrap, and am working on a r/c locomotive using a freelance drive system. Yesterday I finished an electronic project of use to all experimenters. I should have built it years ago.

                    Hi Angus,

Not really a model maker either, bought a lathe to make some round bits ended up restoring/improving that one the bought another which needs some minor enhancements. One day I'll get around to making the round bits I bought the first lathe to make!

Anyone got an 1 1/8 th x 12 BSW tap to clean up a thread on a Myford chuck plate?

                    Regards Peter
