Alternative places to buy / sell machines.

Any suggestions please for other places / websites other than eBay ( and here of course ) which are good places to advertise or respond to "wanted" advertisements for lathes etc.

Facebook – I've noticed a few machines in my locality. Swamped by adverts for cars and baby clothes of course, so you have to do some searching.

IMHO, ebay has become a farce, you can't arrange to view anything beforehand anymore, even if the seller is willing to let you, preloved has worked for me in the past. As mentioned in an earlier thread, auctions don't really want your business unless your buying the crap that the business buyers don't want.
