My local discount store has a large range of “Addax” branded drill bits in stock. Some are rolled but the majority look ground. They are marked HSS and some have M2 and others are marked DIN 340. Any idea where they are made? They are well priced.
They are wholesaled by TIMco. Almost certainly Chinese.
