      Hey everyone,

From what I understand, the Hobbymat MD65 thread chart only goes up to 24 TPI. Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a 28 TPI feed rate?

I do have access to a 3D printer and can make custom gears if needed. Has anyone done this before, or know what gear ratio I’d need to make it work?

Any advice or references would be much appreciated

      Thanks

Look at the settings for 14tpi and see if you can easily modify it to have an extra 2:1 in the ratio. ie double or halve one of the changewheels, not add extras.

Drat its 55,65,75,35 so not that simple unless you can squeeze in a 70 instead of 35.
