      Accolade.

Ordered a tap and die off Tracy Tools at 15.36 Thursday 2nd, delivered this morning Friday 3rd at 10.45.

Better than Amazon, well done Tracy tools.

        And, presumably, the Post Office.

I had a problem with my order from them, one item missing phoned immediately parcel arrived spoke to someone there and within 2 days the part was on my doormat. Great customer service, this is what makes a company great to deal with.

Tracy Rools have always provided great service.

After a Tap and Die set fell off a shelf and broke the thin plastic interior, when asked to supply a replacement; Tracy promptly did F O C

            What more can one ask!

Hence from time to time, many years after, I am a customer.

A source of concern is that their stock of certain things is getting depleted and not being replaced. Does this say anything about whether they will still be around in a few years’ time?

I first visited Tracy tools when they had a shop in Kingston, late 70’s l think. Later they moved to Isleworth but l don’t recall them being there for long before they moved to Dartmouth where I always managed to get in a visit during the annual holidays. The other half never did work out why we always went to the same area each year!

I always found the service that they provided was second to none at very reasonable prices, nowadays I don’t travel to that part of the world but the postal service now provides for my needs.

Add my name to those who have had great service from Tracy Tools for many years.  Thank you.  Noel.

Yes – they are my first choice too though I can buy at least the more common sizes of bog-standard M-series taps and dies locally.

                    Bill –

More likely the reduction is simply that the tools themselves are no longer made. I don’t think Tracy Tools make any, but I could be wrong on that.
