Here’s some more off-topic, more conventional but very good nevertheless –  filmed in July this year in Paris at le Place de la Contrescarpe

The lead singer with the red hair is Mickey Callisto from Sunderland UK.

The little guy with the cap, long hair and sunglasses who plays lead guitar is Olly Pearson – 11 years old, calls himself guitarolly also from UK.

Seems a bit greedy using more than one guitar; these guys had to share. 😉

Another forum I’m a member of has a thread called “What are you listening to right now” where members simply post YouTube clips of their favourite tracks.  It is surprising that some really good stuff crops up that I have never heard of before.

My favourite YouTube clip is still this one, probably because I’ve been a fan since I was at school but the interpretation with the movie is brilliant:

Bohemian Rhapsody post great. So nice to see people enjoying themselves. Can not imagine anything like that happening here in a town square. Council Bureaucrats would have a field day with health and safety etc.

Not as sad as The Barbarians “Moulty” of 1966 as found on “Nuggets: Original Artyfacts from the First Psychedelic Era”. It contains some truly great, awful music.
