Alibre Atom Drawing a gear with angle on axis

I am trying to draw a gear which is a16teeth on a 3/4″ diamiter 3/8″ long. I can draw the gear by creating the blank gear, drawing the gear tooth shape and extruding the shape, then circular repeating the shape and i have a gear. The only problem the gear has to have a 4 degree angle to match the thread angle on a leadscrew. I have been trying to extrude the tooth form at 4 degrees or create a plane or axis to angle the tooth form but I fail. Is there somthing I can do or am I using the wrong drawing type.
