New gas tank test details on SFMES website but cannot access it.

I understand that new "regulations" have been published on the Southern Fed website with regards to the pressure testing of small gas tanks. However, I am currently unable to get into the SFMES website. It loads the SFMES logo and a kind of background 'watermark' but then I get "Loading…" and that's it – nothing more. Tried several times this morning and again this evening.

I've looked at this site in the past without any issues – so is it just me having this problem?

No, I still cannot get in there directly myself but I can use JB's link to the PDF document.

So it's a mystery – but I have what I wanted to read – so thank you Chaps – problem solved (at least for now)
