I am after a copy of Model Engineer No. 4362 with the pull out drawing of the "Perseus" engine.

      Just the drawing would do.

      Can anybody help?

      Ken

            Hi Jason,

In that issue it was the drawings for ET Westburys engine Perseus that were included.

            HI Ken,

my local library has archived (and bound) copies of ME from the 1940s to date.  If you have real trouble I could try there for you,

            Regards

            Terry

              Hi

              Thanks for the replies.

The "Theseus" engine plans were included with the "300 Years of Steam" special magazine.

I have all the original articles on the "Theseus" and the drawings.

I was after a copy of the "Perseus" drawing to see what differences (if any) there are between using casting and making it from bar stock.

              Ken

Best thing to do is go onto Reeves site and click Perseus.

They show the drawing of each casting, click that and then hold the mouse over the image and it will zoom enough to give you sufficient detail to see what you want.

                  Hi Jason

                  Good idea.

The simple answers are always best.

                  Thanks

                  Ken
