Can anyone shed any light on these tooling cutters? They came with a milling machine I purchased a few months ago.

Some are stamped “SISO”, approx 3/4” to 1” diameter.

I think a lot of those cutters could be for a Key Cutting Machine (Lock Keys) given the small diameter.
