Toxic cutting oil?

Hi

I am quite new to working with a lathe. Currently I am using Machine Mart’s Clarke cutting oil but finding it gives me a cough and headache. Am presuming cutting oils are toxic but wondered if anyone could suggest a safer non-toxic alternative please?
