Super Simplex

Hi i am about to try and build a super simplex i am after an instruction book for the super simplex.

I have one for ordinary simplex but don't know if they even do one.

I have sent for a set of plans but always like to read to help being a total novice.

Also can any one tell me the difference from C1 to GM i noticed looking on the Black gate site a lot of parts are C1 and GM i think it might be updated but why !!

There isn't a book for the Super Simplex. There was a series of articles in ME starting mid 1989 I think.

CI is cast iron, GM is gun metal. I would use the cast iron cylinder castings you just have to make sure they are well lubricated after a run.
