simplex 5″ guage loco

Hi, I am building a simplex, but have come to a stop with the ashpan. I do not have the equipment to manufacture it. Can anyone help and provide a contact who may manufacture it for me. I would prefer stainless steal but mild steel would also be OK. Many thanks in anticipation Mick

I havent got that far with mine as yet, but looking at the pictures it doesnt look too complex. What do you see as being the problem? You'll only need to cut a series of plates and hold them around a former whilst silver soldering (using suitable flux for stainless).
