If I renew my subs. in Nov 2014 would I get a free gift ?

It will depend on what if any offers are current at the time.

Also worth noting that the gift is usually for a nes subscription which will cost a little more than if you just renew your existing sub. So see what the gift is at the time and decide if you want it and if its worth the extra cost.
