Looks like this may be another scam or Pirate in action. I have asked Webroot if this is genuine or not. By the look of the link :- webroot-safe.linkmyroku.com/ looks to be a home web server.  Section of text from website :- 

We do not have any affiliations from Webroot and any other company related to Antivirus.

Simplest to assume that any non-model eng offer in the classifieds is a scam, and especially ones for software downloads.

It would be interesting to know how the "Pirates" manage to evade the quarantine that new members have to go through. There must have been half a dozen such Ads in the last month or so.
