Non arrival of issue 308

I know that Mytimemedia is said to be a small outfit with limited resources but sometimes they give the impression that they've all died in the pandemic.

I've emailed them several times about the non arrival of MEW issue 308 but so far have not received any sort of response.

Today again the post arrived with the heavy thud of a magazine on the hall floor but alas not MEW 308.

Why can't they at least do me the courtesy of an email acknowledgement.

I suppose I'll have to try a phone call (or perhaps hold a seance) to see if I can raise the dead.

It shouldn't be like this.

I paid for a digital subscription of ME last Thursday and was emailed to expect a subscriber number within 24 hours. It is now four days later and no email.
