Marking copper

Hi guys

i have a few leaks on a 4" copper boiler.

Can anyone tell me how I can mark these leaks so that I can still see where they are when the copper is hot enough to solder?

tried layout fluid, scratching with a scribe. But all disappear when the boiler gets hot. Any ideas please

Tipex? It can also be used to restrict the flow of the silver solder.

Russell. Yes the tipex worked fine. That's the leaks sorted at one end , so I intend to have a go at the other tomorrow . I think some of the problem with the leaks was air pressure building up in the boiler and not getting away at the bottom fast enough. Thus blowing pin holes at the top. I raised the boiler up on some scraps of steel and that seems to have sorted it but won't really know until the other ends done. Then I can pressure test it.
